My name is Michael and I am passionate about what I do. I promise a job which will be both attractive and within budget. I love my work, and want you to love it too.

I have been let down by trades in the past. It is frustrating and disappointing, and I have not asked them back. To ensure total customer satisfaction, I promise the following:

  • I will arrive on the date and time agreed, both to quote for work and to start your job.

  • I will complete the job to your specification. I am always happy to give advice to help you achieve the best results, but this is your home - I will do the job we agreed, using the best materials available.

  • I am a perfectionist and accept nothing but the best. I expect you to be the same. If anything is not right, I will fix it.

​

  • Sometimes, a job can throw up a surprise. I will ensure to keep you informed of progress throughout, and discuss any changes needed.

​

  • I will leave a clean and tidy workplace after every day.

​

  • I will minimise and recycle waste. This includes avoiding single use plastics and materials wherever possible and disposing of all waste responsibly. Unwanted paint can be donated to local charities who will remix and distribute to local causes.

To ensure complete peace of mind, I carry full insurance including Public Liability and Contract Works cover
